Privacy: what this site does with your information

Short version: we do not collect, send or store what you type.

• Letter builder and deadline estimator: run in JavaScript on your device. Your entries are not sent to any server, not saved in cookies or browser storage, and not logged. The site's security policy (Content-Security-Policy header) blocks the page from making network connections for form content.
• No accounts, no sign-up forms, no newsletter form, no tracking scripts, and no sponsor ads shown at this time (only a placeholder ad space with no sponsor yet).
• Analytics: this site does not run analytics. Its Content-Security-Policy header blocks analytics scripts, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, from loading in your browser.
• Server logs: the free hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard technical request logs such as IP address and pages requested, under its own policies. We do not receive form contents.
• Downloads: "Download" creates a file on your device only. Whoever can access your device or printer can see it.
• Your insurer or regulator: when you send a letter or complaint, that is between you and them; share only what they need.

If we ever add analytics or a newsletter, we will update this page first and will never capture the contents of any letter field.
